Please note that insurance tends to be paid out only for certain conditions, mainly pain. Non-acupuncture modalities, herbs and supplements are typically not covered.
For anyone wishing to seek reimbursement from an insurance carrier that covers out-of-network acupuncture services, I can provide a SUPERBILL upon request, which can be used to request reimbursement from your insurance provider.
