This extended acupuncture visit includes an additional 15 minutes of bodywork aimed at releasing tension, treating pain, and promoting circulation and relaxation. 

Initial visits includes a comprehensive intake and diagnostic assessment followed by acupuncture treatment and bodywork.  This 90-minute visit lays the foundation for the work we will continue in future sessions.

Herbal consultations are for anyone wanting to continue their care without acupuncture.  These sessions include an intake and diagnostic assessment and a customized herbal prescription (herbs not included). For your convenience, consultations may be conducted in person or via phone or video conference. 

Acupuncture sessions may include needle insertion, moxibustion, cupping, guasha, and bodywork if time allows. Modalities are selected based on your body's needs in the moment. Included in this visit is an herbal prescription if applicable (herbs not included), as well as dietary and lifestyle guidance.

First-time patients are required to book two sessions initially, to be spaced one- to two-weeks apart. Returning patients may book single sessions. Sessions last 1 hour and include a full intake and approximately 30 minutes of manual therapy.
